Unleash Your Creativity Through the Lens
Ready to explore the world through photography? Join us for a week-long hands-on photography camp where young creatives learn how to capture powerful images—from portraits and action shots to nature, architecture, and abstract photography.
Throughout the week, campers will explore a variety of locations around Santa Cruz while learning how to use their cameras creatively and confidently.
At the end of the week, students will select their favorite images to print, frame, and present in a final gallery show for family and friends.
What Campers Will Learn
• How to confidently use DSLR* or digital cameras.
• Camera settings including aperture, shutter speed, and composition
• Portrait, nature, action, architecture, and abstract photography
• Photo editing basics (laptop suggested/ device required)
• Printing & framing their work for their group gallery exhibition!

Location: Westside Photo Studio (Swift Street)
Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
Final Gallery Show (friends and family invited)
Friday evening | 4PM
Campers will exhibit their favorite images printed and framed in a mini gallery exhibition.

Little Creatives Summer Camp

Calling all little adventurers! Join us for a fun-filled week of nature exploration, hands-on art projects, and creativity. Every day, we’ll head out into Santa Cruz’s beautiful outdoors to connect with nature. Then, we’ll dive into arts and crafts, including ceramics, painting, and collage.
What We’ll Do:
Explore the beauty of Santa Cruz through nature walks & hikes (beaches, forest, neighborhood parks)
Get creative with ceramics, water-color painting, framing, photography and collaging.
Create project each day and enjoy the sunshine together.

Final Project: Nature-inspired art to take home
